Culinary Lavender from Cherry Hill Lavender Farm grown without pesticides or any chemicals.  I use this Maple Syrup in lemon loaf, coffee or tea.   
The lavender and vanilla is infused with Brixstone Farms Pure Maple Syrup, that they tap directly from their Maple trees and into long tubing that goes directly into his stainless still vat.
